Billing and refunds

How Pro is billed, how to stop it, and how to get your money back.

Payments are not live yet. Nothing is charged today. This page is what will be true on the day billing opens.

How billing works

Pro · Guild is $25 a month. Monthly only: there is no yearly plan.
The first month is free. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
It renews every month until you cancel.
Pro · Individual has no price yet. It will be shown before anyone can buy it.

Cancel any time, in one click. No call, no form, no email needed.
You keep Pro until the end of the month you have paid for, then you are back on the free tier.
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the month you are in, except as below.

Ask within 7 days of a charge, and if your guild did not use Pro that month, you get that charge back. It goes to the card it came from.

Outside that, write to us anyway and tell us what happened. We read every request.

Email hello@raidmimic.com with your guild’s name and the date of the charge. That is all we need.
